Quadient is seeking an Operations Manager M/F for its Parcel Lockers Division. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence across the entire lifecycle of locker installations and services. You will support internal teams and external partners with a focus on technical configuration, asset coordination, and service validation.
What You'll Do
- Configure locker machines within designated software platforms to ensure correct setup and operational readiness.
- Collaborate with the Supply Chain team to order assets and manage installation projects from order placement through final delivery.
- Review and validate technical reports from service providers for accuracy and compliance with standards.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails from internal teams and external customers.
- Manage the execution of service contracts for hardware and software products, including creation, amendment, and cancellation.
- Update customer, host, and provider details and validate new account creation requests.
- Maintain asset accuracy in core systems throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Support SLA and KPI tracking and the observation of operational excellence standards.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in technical configuration or systems setup.
- Strong coordination skills with cross-functional teams like Supply Chain and Field Services.
- High attention to detail and the ability to validate technical documentation.
- Experience maintaining data accuracy and driving process improvement in a B2B environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with enterprise systems such as SAP or Salesforce (SFDC).
- Experience in managing service providers and monitoring and reporting on KPIs and SLAs.
- A background in the parcel, retail, or eCommerce industries.
