Canva is looking for a Senior Manager, Sales Compensation to evolve our end-to-end commission operations. In this hands-on, collaborative role, you’ll support strategy, governance, and execution of incentive programs to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant payouts as we scale.
What You'll Do
- Support the end-to-end commission cycle, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payouts while building trust across the sales organization.
- Partner with Sales to operationalize compensation plans and SPIFF programs aligned to commercial priorities.
- Enhance and optimize compensation systems, tooling, and processes to improve scalability, automation, and simplicity.
- Strengthen governance through clear documentation and controls aligned with audit and compliance requirements.
- Analyze compensation and performance data to generate insights and continuously improve incentive effectiveness.
What We're Looking For
- Expertise in Sales Compensation or Incentive Operations within high-growth SaaS or enterprise environments.
- Hands-on experience with compensation systems such as Xactly, CaptivateIQ, Spiff, or similar.
- Strong analytical capability in Excel or Google Sheets.
- A solid understanding of sales plan design principles and how incentives influence behavior and performance.
- A track record of building or improving scalable compensation processes with strong governance and controls in a global environment.
- A clear communicator and collaborative partner who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-moving organization.
