Responsibilities:
Process Management & Optimisation
- Develop, implement, and continuously fine-tune operational processes that make our executive search function run like a Swiss watch
- Monitor and dissect key performance indicators to spot efficiency opportunities and drive meaningful improvements
- Ensure we're not just meeting industry standards, but setting them
- Manage project timelines with laser precision to consistently exceed client expectations
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Be the communication maestro, coordinating client interactions with finesse and professionalism
- Oversee the creation and delivery of client reports, presentations, and search updates that wow
- Manage client databases with meticulous care, keeping every detail accurate and up-to-date
- Support business development by helping craft compelling proposals
Team Coordination & Support
- Work closely with consultants and researchers to ensure search assignments are executed flawlessly
- Provide operational backbone support, handling scheduling, documentation, and administrative coordination
- Be the communication bridge between internal teams and external partners
- Help onboard new team members, setting them up for success from day one
Technology & Systems Management
- Master our CRM systems, databases, and tech platforms like a pro
- Spot technology improvement opportunities and drive system upgrades
- Safeguard data integrity and security across all our operational systems

Financial & Administrative Oversight

Requirements
Essential Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of operations management experience, preferably in professional services or recruitment
