Nutrafol is hiring an Operations Manager to join our fast-growing team. In this foundational role, you’ll support the greater operations team with strategic project management and day-to-day oversight, ensuring projects are completed thoroughly and on time. You will be responsible for tools, fulfillment management, and leading direct reports.
What You'll Do
- Support Operations Leadership in 360 day-to-day operations and strategic project management.
- Oversee and implement operations-related initiatives, both internal and cross-functional.
- Serve as a liaison between the operations department and external partners, reporting key information to leadership.
- Lead and manage direct reports, providing guidance, coaching, and support to align with operational objectives.
- Review and improve all internal processes, communicating SOPs to stakeholders on a quarterly basis.
- Proactively identify and mitigate operational risks with corrective action plans while working under strict deadlines.
- Oversee and report weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual metrics.
- Own carrier network performance, monitoring service levels, cost, delivery SLAs, and exception management.
- Support retail operations and fulfillment execution, with a strong understanding of EDI process flows.
- Drive analytics and insights across operations to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Provide daily oversight of department systems including Magento, Skubana, and Salesforce.
- Oversee the fulfillment process, including inventory management and order processing.
- Analyze operational data and performance metrics to identify trends and track KPIs.
- Collaborate with the Operations team and stakeholders to implement new processes and monitor activities.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or a similar field.
- 4-6 years of experience in operations management within a manufacturing environment.
- 1-2 years of managerial experience, including hiring, coaching, mentoring, and growing teams.
- Knowledge of the eCommerce business model with proficiency in Magento, Skubana, Salesforce, or similar ERP/CRM systems.
- Experience with Operational Management Systems and 3PLs is required.
- Strong organizational, time management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel in-state and out-of-state for on-site audits and 3PL visits.
- A flexible mindset, willing to accommodate potential weekend and late-night coverage.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills to coordinate project activities.
- Experience in analysis and documentation of functional requirements for ecommerce projects.
- Ability to multi-task, manage several projects under tight deadlines, and accommodate changes.
- An entrepreneurial spirit with operational skills to see self-directed projects through to execution.
- This role is remote, with a strong preference for candidates located on the East Coast.
Nice to Have
- Experience in the Nutraceutical, Wellness, or CPG industries.
- Startup or high-growth company experience, with brand experience preferred.

Work Mode
This is a fully remote position, with a strong preference for candidates located on the East Coast to support the Operations team during East Coast business hours.
