Hunt St seeks an Operations Manager to lead our lettings and property management operations. In this role, you will develop strategies to increase operational efficiency and oversee all facets of the rental lifecycle.

What You'll Do

Develop and implement strategies to ensure the most effective and efficient processes are followed.
Oversee the entire lettings process, from listing and viewings to contracting and move-out inspections.
Oversee property management operations to ensure compliance with regulations and maintain property standards.
Manage rent arrears recovery and debt recovery following the end of a tenancy.
Lead and motivate a team of 2 Property Assistants.
Develop AI tools to ensure efficiency in key processes.
Coordinate with stakeholders including maintenance teams and the Local Authority.
Handle tenant relations, resolve issues, and ensure tenant satisfaction.
Ensure council tax and utility liabilities are met.
Manage and monitor mortgage applications.

What We're Looking For

At least 4 years of experience as a Lettings or Property Manager.
A proven track record in a Property Management role.
Familiarity with property management software like Arthuronline and standard office software.
Knowledge of new and emerging AI tools.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with tenants, contractors, and officials.
Ability to manage multiple properties, tasks, and deadlines efficiently.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to handle unexpected issues and resolve conflicts.
Knowledge of basic financial principles, marketing strategies, and the local real estate market.
