Responsibilities
- Plan and execute full-cycle deployment, maintenance, and demonstration logistics for hardware systems.
- Maintain accurate forward-deployed inventory records to support active customer agreements and field service needs.
- Ensure digital systems reflect real-time physical asset movements, including deployment, servicing, and returns.
- Coordinate with supply chain teams, warehousing providers, leadership, and outside parties to manage end-to-end shipment execution.
- Oversee high-priority domestic and international deliveries with meticulous attention to handling and timing.
- Anticipate potential logistical challenges, suggest improvements, and implement effective solutions.
- Share customer feedback with internal teams to drive service and process enhancements.

- Must be eligible to obtain and retain a U.S. Secret security clearance.
- Oversee premium handling and accountability for shipping hardware domestically and internationally.
- Actively detect, suggest fixes for, and resolve issues in logistics workflows and risk areas.
