Responsibilities

- Align manufacturing and shipping activities with delivery schedules, quality benchmarks, and cost targets to meet customer expectations.

- Foster collaborative team outcomes by partnering with maintenance, supply chain, and commercial functions to resolve issues and enhance site performance.
- Ensure safety remains the top priority in every decision and interaction across all operations.
- Proactively detect and correct unsafe conditions with timely actions and clear accountability.
- Guarantee full compliance with safety, sustainability, and operational standards across all team activities.
- Manage incident reporting, lead investigations, and ensure corrective actions are completed effectively.
- Perform regular safety checks and audits to verify the effectiveness of safety systems.
- Lead site-wide initiatives to improve safety and sustainability performance.
- Ensure all production and dispatch staff are properly trained and follow established procedures.
- Supervise production and dispatch teams to meet manufacturing, quality, and customer service goals.
- Coordinate with sales to confirm orders and align with delivery timelines accurately.
- Manage raw material inventory and working capital efficiently to support production needs.
- Uphold strict cost controls and adherence to cost management practices.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to support preventive maintenance and improve equipment reliability.
- Provide regular operational performance updates on daily, weekly, and monthly cycles.
- Develop and implement medium-term operational plans that align resources with business priorities.
- Oversee daily production scheduling and adapt plans to respond to changing demands.
- Track performance using financial, operational, safety, and compliance indicators.
- Identify, define, and execute improvement projects to boost efficiency and output.
- Plan workforce needs, including training, capability development, and shift scheduling.
- Drive continuous improvement efforts that strengthen long-term operational capacity.
- Lead, mentor, and engage teams to achieve sustained performance gains.
- Serve as a key member of the Site Leadership Team, contributing to strategic direction, culture, and performance results.
