Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day operational performance of Orb locations in Manchester/Liverpool, ensuring strong execution, compliance, and a high-quality user experience
- Support site launches and expansion by coordinating installations, ensuring launch readiness, and ramping locations to stable operation
- Onboard, train, and support a network of Operators and site staff, driving accountability and consistent operational standards
- Collaborate with Logistics and Central Operations to ensure timely delivery, installation, maintenance, and issue resolution
- Drive performance across all locations, improving key metrics such as uptime, site readiness, and Operator effectiveness
- Establish and continuously improve installation, maintenance, and operational processes to increase reliability and scalability
- Use data and field insights to monitor performance, identify issues, and prioritise improvements
- Identify operational risks (e.g. downtime, setup issues, compliance gaps) and proactively implement solutions
- Deliver in-person and remote Operator training to ensure consistent execution and reduce dependency on reactive support
- Act as the on-the-ground point of coordination between central teams and local execution, ensuring priorities are delivered reliably
