Endless Commerce was looking for an Operations Lead - Anchor AI

NeuroNav is seeking an Operations Lead for Anchor AI to serve as the operational backbone of the company. You will keep the business running smoothly while freeing up the founder to focus on selling to enterprise customers. The role involves owning all the 'glue work' that keeps the team fast, focused, and frictionless in a high-trust, high-impact environment.

What You'll Do

  • Manage sponsorships, prepare speaker decks, coordinate booth logistics, and support lead generation at conferences.
  • Run the new hire checklist, route AP/AR, coordinate IT setup, and keep HR basics humming.
  • Maintain internal Notion, Google Drive structure, and HubSpot setup.
  • Jump into ad hoc needs, such as building an internal dashboard or generating AI-powered sales collateral.

What We're Looking For

  • 1–3 years in a generalist operations role at an early-stage B2B SaaS or marketplace startup.
  • Has personally run a national conference booth or a multi-city roadshow.
  • Fluent in tools like Google Workspace, Notion/Airtable, Zapier, and HubSpot (or similar CRM).
  • Scrappy, resourceful, and fast-moving.
  • Low ego and high ownership.
  • Writes clearly and professionally.

  • Has experience in logistics or supply chain.
