EMAPPLY is looking for a full-time Operations Executive Assistant to act as the founder's right hand, playing a vital role in making the business run smoother. This position combines executive assistance, operations support, and billing administration, working directly with the founder.
What You'll Do
- Manage the CEO's inbox and calendar
- Send, track, and follow up on invoices using specified tools
- Maintain financial spreadsheets and internal billing systems
- Coordinate project time tracking and approvals
- Draft clear, professional client communications
- Help define and track team KPIs
- Handle occasional personal errands
What We're Looking For
- Experience with invoicing tools like QuickBooks Online
- Prior experience supporting executives or founders
- Proactive and self-managing
- Financially literate and confident using spreadsheets
- Excellent in both written and spoken English
- Resourceful, teachable, and detail-oriented
- Eager to grow professionally and willing to handle both big and small tasks
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with project management or IT services
