JLL is seeking an Operations Engineer to join our team in Ho Chi Minh City. In this role, you will work as part of a team to ensure all facilities and systems operate within required parameters, ensuring a continuous supply of utilities to manufacturing and support groups.
What You'll Do
- Proactively implement and support all Intel and JLL EHS policies, including housekeeping and ergonomics.
- Operate facilities equipment and control systems smoothly within required specifications.
- Perform Shift R&R and site assessments as assigned.
- Escalate any system abnormalities to the shift leader.
- Pass down full information to incoming and outgoing shifts per building as assigned.
- Support other teams including PM, PDM, VA, UDT, and IR teams to perform jobs.
- Participate in and perform troubleshooting for facility equipment and manufacturing floor systems.
- Troubleshoot HVAC systems, electrical, lighting, water, and provide extra building support.
- Fully attend safety training and comply with all safety procedures as required.
- Support all subcontractor work on site.
- Support the shift leader in report generation and analysis.
- Maintain data profiles for each system and manage document control for log sheets, SOPs, SOOs, and other assigned documents.
- Strictly comply with all safety guidelines from Intel and JLL/RCR.
- Follow available RFC, SOO, and SOP protocols strictly.
What We're Looking For
- Experience operating and troubleshooting facility systems such as HVAC, electrical, and water.
- A strong commitment to safety protocols and procedures.
- Ability to follow detailed operational procedures (RFC, SOO, SOP).
- Experience working effectively within a team and reporting to a lead or supervisor.
- Strong communication skills for shift handovers and escalation.
- Willingness to support cross-functional teams and subcontractors.
- Ability to perform system assessments and support reporting.
- Attention to detail for data profiling and document control.
