Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end operations for Insurance or Health services
- Monitor daily operations and ensure consistent follow-up
- Identify and communicate potential risks and improvement opportunities
- Execute operational tasks including invoicing, claims processing, provider network growth and management, and internal team support
- Develop and maintain monitoring frameworks to track efficiency, volume trends, and service-level agreements
- Lead oversight of third-party partnerships, including negotiations and ongoing coordination
- Conduct regular operational audits to verify decision accuracy and uncover training requirements
- Channel feedback upward, assist in prioritization, and support process enhancements
- Drive ongoing process optimization initiatives
