10:00a-6:30p, though flexibility to vary shift hours based on staffing needs would be ideal.
Schedule
16 hours per scheduled pay period (Sunday to Saturday), which will equate to an every weekend standing schedule (Saturday and Sunday).
Home Hospital is a 7 day per week operation and delivering care days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
The service operates every day of the week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
There will be a rotation for weekend and holiday shifts.
Employees must participate in a rotating schedule for weekend and holiday coverage.
For training during the first month of employment, ability to have increased weekend (and/or midweek) hours would be preferred.
Increased availability during weekends or midweek is preferred for the initial training period.
This role may require local travel to other Mass General Brigham sites during orientation (for training/precepting purposes) or during times of staffing shortages or other extenuating circumstances (for cross-coverage purposes).
Local travel to other sites may be necessary for training, precepting, or temporary coverage during staffing gaps.
