Culina Group is hiring an Operations Coordinator

Responsibilities

  • Build and sustain positive working relationships with all team members.
  • Ensure clear and consistent communication with all departments.
  • Respond to member requests via phone and email as appropriate.
  • Act as a mediator in member conflicts, ensuring actions align with the network's operational guidelines.
  • Support members in organizing overflow transport and courier services when needed.
  • Perform a range of administrative tasks essential to daily operations.
  • Address operational issues such as misdirected shipments or courier needs promptly and thoroughly.
  • Keep the hub information board updated with daily operational notes.
  • Ensure instructions from the Night Manager are implemented and prepare handover notes for night staff.
  • Resolve member disputes in line with established network rules and procedures.
  • Escalate unresolved or serious issues to the Team Leader or line manager.
  • Generate company purchase orders when necessary.
  • Comply fully with all company health and safety regulations.
  • Inform the Operations Manager of any issues that may negatively affect the organization.
  • Maintain fair, impartial, and professional relationships with all members and coworkers.
  • Ensure clear and accurate handover of information between day and night shifts.

Compensation

£13.21 per hour

Work Arrangement

Fixed term contract for 12-18 months

Team

Monday to Friday rotating shifts between 6.00-15.00 and 9.00-18.00
