The Operations Coordinator oversees the execution and monitoring of insurance and health services operations in France, Belgium, or Spain. Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day insurance or health service operations, commonly known as Ops Runners.
- Monitor ongoing operations and ensure consistent follow-up and performance tracking.
- Identify and report risks and improvement opportunities in operational performance.
- Carry out operational tasks including claims processing and invoicing.
- Develop and manage networks of healthcare providers.
- Support internal teams with real-time assistance and maintain operational documentation.
- Help design and manage monitoring systems to track volumes, efficiency, and service level agreements.
- Detect internal or external areas for improvement and potential risks in operations.
- Oversee partnerships such as teleconsultation platforms and claims processing providers.
- Take part in partner negotiation cycles.
- Maintain regular communication with partners to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.
- Conduct daily operational reviews to verify accuracy of decisions and actions.
- Determine training needs based on findings from operational audits.
- Escalate operational feedback to relevant internal teams.
- Assist in prioritizing process and service enhancements.
- Support initiatives aimed at improving service quality and efficiency.
- Implement continuous process improvements, which occupy about 20–30% of time.
