About the Role

The Operations Coordinator oversees the execution and monitoring of insurance and health services operations in France, Belgium, or Spain. This role ensures operational efficiency, supports provider networks, identifies improvement opportunities, and contributes to continuous process optimization within a collaborative, mission-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day insurance or health service operations, commonly known as Ops Runners.
  • Monitor ongoing operations and ensure consistent follow-up and performance tracking.
  • Identify and report risks and improvement opportunities in operational performance.
  • Carry out operational tasks including claims processing and invoicing.
  • Develop and manage networks of healthcare providers.
  • Support internal teams with real-time assistance and maintain operational documentation.
  • Help design and manage monitoring systems to track volumes, efficiency, and service level agreements.
  • Detect internal or external areas for improvement and potential risks in operations.
  • Oversee partnerships such as teleconsultation platforms and claims processing providers.
  • Take part in partner negotiation cycles.
  • Maintain regular communication with partners to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.
  • Conduct daily operational reviews to verify accuracy of decisions and actions.
  • Determine training needs based on findings from operational audits.
  • Escalate operational feedback to relevant internal teams.
  • Assist in prioritizing process and service enhancements.
  • Support initiatives aimed at improving service quality and efficiency.
  • Implement continuous process improvements, which occupy about 20–30% of time.
  • Collaborate with product teams to automate workflows.
  • Improve external communication processes.
  • Conduct audits of operational procedures.
  • Automate routine process steps using available tools.
  • Maintain positive working relationships with psychologists within the therapy service scope.
  • Balance therapy service demand with provider availability.
  • Support psychologist lifecycle activities including recruitment, onboarding, invoicing, and booking coordination.
  • Process insurance claims and assist in determining coverage eligibility.

Work Arrangement

Local-country role requiring residence in France, Belgium, or Spain; operations span multiple countries but candidate must be based in one of the specified locations.

Team

Team consists of over 50 members. Operations Coordinators are grouped in small pools of 3–7 people per operational scope, working closely with Engineering, Product, Care, and other departments.
