Responsibilities
- Maintain virtualized environments and assist with fundamental network infrastructure operations.
- Log and manage service requests and incidents using a ticketing platform.
- Monitor system alerts continuously and respond to operational events as needed.
- Record work hours accurately using time tracking tools.
- Create and update procedural documentation to support daily operational workflows.
- Support the execution of digital transformation and artificial intelligence integration projects.
Requirements
- Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including non-standard hours.
- Fundamental understanding of Windows and/or Linux operating systems.
- Familiarity with core Microsoft services including Active Directory, file sharing, NTFS permissions, and IIS.
- Hands-on experience with virtualization platforms such as Hyper-V, VMware, Ovirt, KVM, or XenServer.
- Understanding of TCP/IP networking and common protocols including DNS, FTP, SSH, and SFTP.
- Proficient English language skills at an advanced level.
Nice to Have
- Strong Linux system administration skills, including bash scripting and service configuration.
- Familiarity with LAMP and LEMP stack components, including security, access controls, and log review.
- Direct experience with Apache, NginX, Postfix, Dovecot, and MySQL/MariaDB.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft technologies such as Active Directory, PowerShell, Exchange, and MS SQL.
- Networking knowledge equivalent to CCNA certification level.
- Prior use of ticketing systems for incident and service management.
- Experience with monitoring tools and alerting platforms.
- High proficiency in spoken and written English.
