Atomic Vest is a fast-growing, mission-driven company seeking an Operations Associate to play a significant role in building, scaling, and growing our Brokerage Operations function. You'll join a team of financial empowerment enthusiasts from various industries including tech, banking, finance, and law.

What You'll Do

Manage the pre and post-trade processing for all security products traded by partner clients.
Establish positions into Atomic’s internal systems and custodians.
Respond to inquiries from partners and remediate trade exceptions.
Provide support, testing, and subject matter expertise for new business initiatives and regulatory changes.
Gain a strong understanding of Atomic’s APIs, databases, and trade processing flows.
Develop in-depth knowledge of client and internal needs to ensure operational soundness and scalability.
Identify inefficiencies in existing processes and help map out enhancements.

What We're Looking For

Industry expertise across Broker dealers, Brokerage Operations, and Trade Support.
Experience with broker dealer build-outs and a firm understanding of trade flows.
Ability to work independently and proactively in a high-volume, high-pressure, and sometimes ambiguous environment.
Ability to work with data and understand complex workflows.
Capability to triage and resolve issues related to onboarding, trading, and clearing.
Expertise in monitoring and resolving onboarding and trade processing exceptions.
Experience onboarding and validating new accounts.
Series 7 or 99 License required.
