Responsibilities
- Act as a central coordination point across teams (Marketing, LCE, Sales & Partnerships, Fellowship, Operations)
- Maintain visibility on all key workstreams and ensure alignment with strategic priorities
- Ensure that critical information, decisions, and priorities are clearly communicated and followed through on
- Track execution across teams and proactively flag risks, delays, or misalignment
- Identify roadblocks early and escalate when intervention is required
- Support leadership in structuring and executing strategic initiatives, including expansion into new Francophone African markets
- Conduct high-level research, benchmarks, and market analysis to inform decision-making
- Prepare strategic briefs, presentations, and recommendations
- Represent the organisation in internal or external meetings when required
- Analyse existing workflows and identify inefficiencies or gaps
- Design, document, and implement scalable processes and SOPs
- Improve cross-team collaboration frameworks and operational clarity
- Ensure high standards of organization, structure, and execution across all operations
- Build and maintain high-quality reporting frameworks and dashboards
- Ensure accurate tracking of key operational and performance metrics
- Deliver structured, high-level reporting to support leadership decision-making
- Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations
- Support the structuring and drafting of high-quality written communications (internal and external)
- Ensure clarity, consistency, and quality in messaging across key communications
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders with professionalism and clarity
- Support discussions with key partners when needed, bringing structure and follow-through
- Build trust across teams by ensuring reliability, rigour, and consistency in execution
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in operations, consulting, business analysis, or similar roles
- Proven ability to independently own and deliver complex projects end-to-end
- Strong operational maturity: ability to manage priorities without day-to-day guidance
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
- Strong data literacy (Excel/Google Sheets): able to analyse, structure, and interpret data
- Strong presentation skills (PowerPoint / Google Slides): able to communicate clearly at a high level
