Cantina is hiring an Operations Associate to be the key connector between our Sales, Customer Success, and delivery teams. You will own the operational side of new project setup to ensure our client engagements are launched smoothly and efficiently.

What You'll Do

Own post-sale end-to-end project setup.
Track project readiness and communicate updates across teams.
Coordinate resource assignments and team availability based on scope and skillset.
Provide internal teams with resource recommendations for upcoming projects.
Support delivery team members by addressing logistical and operational concerns.
Contribute to ongoing process improvements within CS operations.

What We're Looking For

3+ years of experience in operations, project coordination, or CS support.
Strong technical background with a good understanding of blockchain security and/or cybersecurity.
Exceptionally organized and comfortable managing many moving parts.
Strong communicator, especially in remote and async work environments.
Excellent problem-solving, attention-to-detail and conflict-resolution skills.
Proficient with operational tools including CRM systems, Notion, Airtable, Google Workspace, Slack.
Able to work independently and take initiative to solve problems.
Experienced working within operations departments or proposal management.
Availability to work EST business hours (9:00 am - 6:00 pm EST).
