Horizon Recovery is seeking an Operations Assistant to support our Director of Operations in managing our growing network of Virtual Assistants (VAs). This remote role is central to VA coaching, relationship building, attrition management, and effective stakeholder communication.
What You'll Do
- Support onboarding and address day-to-day VA concerns.
- Build rapport and conduct regular check-ins to drive VA retention.
- Monitor VA performance and satisfaction levels.
- Coach VAs on professional email, meeting, and reporting etiquette.
- Provide real-time feedback to improve client interactions.
- Lead communication training sessions for the VA network.
- Identify early warning signs of VA disengagement.
- Collaborate on creating action plans and retention strategies.
- Conduct exit interviews and gather insights for improvement.
- Schedule performance reviews, training sessions, and check-ins.
- Maintain accurate operational records and reports.
- Assist in creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and improving workflows.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in operations, HR, or client success.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organization, multitasking, and follow-through abilities.
- Experience coaching or mentoring remote professionals.
Nice to Have
- Experience in a remote staffing or Virtual Assistant agency.
- Background in conducting performance reviews or training sessions.
