Protective Industrial Products (PIP) is looking for an Operations Assistant to join our team. In this logistics and billing role, you will provide essential support to ensure smooth operations, focusing on document management, freight coordination, and carrier oversight.
What You'll Do
- Issue invoices, Electronic Correction Letters (CC-e), and perform stock write-offs related to ICMS credit inventory.
- Process return invoices from the logistics operator.
- Enter RMA invoices into the system and support RMA process management.
- Upload freight XML files into the system and forward them for payment.
- Update and monitor freight metrics.
- Perform freight quotations and select carriers based on predefined targets and criteria.
- Schedule invoice and goods deliveries through customer portals.
- Track deliveries and returns of invoices, ensuring timely updates.
- Monitor invoices above 20k during closing week and validate proof of delivery.
- Register carriers in the system.
- Track and manage return invoices for testing and shipment.
- Generate shipping reports and update warehouse metrics controls.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in logistics operations, billing, and freight management.
- Knowledge of Brazilian tax documentation (NF, CC-e, ICMS).
- Strong organizational and good analytical skills.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and freight management tools.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and maintain accuracy.
