About the Role
This position supports operational effectiveness across the Asia-Pacific region by analyzing data, refining processes, and delivering timely reports to stakeholders. The analyst collaborates with regional and global teams to ensure data accuracy and operational alignment.
Responsibilities
- Analyze operational data to identify trends and support decision-making
- Generate regular reports on key performance metrics for leadership review
- Collaborate with regional teams to ensure accurate data collection and entry
- Support process improvements across departments within the APAC region
- Maintain data integrity across multiple business systems
- Assist in the development of dashboards for operational visibility
- Coordinate with finance and sales teams on performance tracking
- Identify inefficiencies in current workflows and recommend solutions
- Ensure compliance with internal reporting standards
- Respond to ad-hoc data requests from management
- Participate in cross-functional projects to streamline operations
- Monitor regional operational KPIs and escalate anomalies
- Assist in onboarding new team members to operational tools
- Document procedures for data management and reporting processes
- Work closely with IT to resolve system-related issues
- Support month-end and quarter-end reporting cycles
- Track service delivery metrics across customer-facing teams
- Provide insights to reduce operational costs
- Maintain calendars and deadlines for reporting deliverables
- Liaise with global teams to align regional data practices
- Contribute to audits by supplying accurate operational records
- Evaluate vendor performance using operational data
- Standardize reporting formats across APAC offices
- Improve data accuracy through validation protocols
- Assist in training regional staff on reporting tools
