Deel is hiring an Operations Analyst, Global Service Center

About the Role

Deel is looking for an Operations Analyst for our Global Service Center. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our operational workflows, ensuring accuracy and compliance in processing tasks. You will analyze data, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions that drive operational excellence, directly supporting Deel's mission to simplify global hiring and payments.

What You'll Do

  • Help mid-sized customers quickly onboard to the Deel platform, serving as their primary point of contact and support during the set up phase.
  • Be an expert user of the Deel platform to train customers and provide credible support on features and functionality.
  • Solve customer problems and execute operations as required during the onboarding stage.
  • Partner with internal teams, including Sales, Support, Operations, Product, and Engineering, to deliver the best customer experience.
  • Suggest ideas for optimizing customer onboarding workflows through process improvements and product automation.

What We're Looking For

  • Flawless English skills (minimum C1 level).
  • At least 1 year of experience in Customer Onboarding or Customer Support.
  • A passion for supporting customers, solving their problems, and executing relevant operations.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to design an organized, effective onboarding plan and schedule for clients.
  • Willingness to work different shifts, potentially including weekends or night shifts.
  • A driven mindset, ability to think on your feet, and thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
  • Confidence in communicating with people at all levels, both externally and within the organization.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with clients and team members from multiple countries and across multiple time zones.
  • Experience working on a remote team.
  • Experience working at a high growth start-up or scale-up.
  • Fintech or HRtech experience.
