LinkedIn is hiring an Operations Analyst to join the LSS Global Services Team. In this data-driven role, you will support deal management operations, coordinating processes for pre-sales and closed-won deals, managing capacity planning, generating reports, and serving as a project manager for key operational activities.
What You'll Do
- Manage daily assignment, communications, and record keeping for all implementation, pilot, and enablement opportunities globally, including vetting license Demand Plan completion.
- Maintain updated capacity plans for the Global Services Team to ensure equitable assignment processes.
- Complete regular reporting and data requests, showcasing the impact of strategic initiatives to internal stakeholders.
- Conduct regular audits of pre-sales deals to ensure deal management process accuracy.
- Leverage Smartsheets and Dynamics 365 to manage program pipeline, update customer data, maintain input metrics, and pull reporting.
- Manage the LSS Global Services CSAT survey process to collect feedback from internal and external customers.
- Interface with Customer Success & Services leadership teams on program logistics and operational needs.
- Assist in creating and updating program management assets, including internal resources, KPI reports, and communications.
- Partner with the Customer Success Sales Operations Team to evolve program materials and requirements.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience working in an operations, analytics, or program/project management role
Nice to Have
- Previous experience within a SaaS environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to document and communicate with internal stakeholders
- Highly detail oriented and organized with ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Experience working with Salesforce, Dynamics, and/or Smartsheets
- Ability to leverage numbers and insights to influence and drive sound decision making
- Experience in communicating effectively and presenting to Senior Executives
- Experience in working with Tableau, SQL and/or Presto, Anaplan a plus
- Ability to effectively solve complex problems from high priority strategic initiatives
