Perfetti Van Melle is hiring a Sales Information and Planning Manager

Perfetti Van Melle, a global leader in confectionery, is hiring a Sales Information and Planning Manager. This role provides critical data-driven insights and planning support to our sales and trade marketing teams. Reporting to the National Sales Operations and Planning Manager, you will identify performance opportunities and help shape short- and long-term sales strategy.

What You'll Do

• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sell-in and sell-out targets using internal data, Sales Force Automation, and OSA reports.
• Set sales targets for top lines, per region, and per SKU class.
• Lead the design of studies and pilot tests, such as automation initiatives.
• Spearhead the planning, deployment, and management of projects like SFA implementation, including training and troubleshooting.
• Liaise with third-party SFA vendors on company requirements.
• Lead efforts to achieve demand forecast accuracy targets on an operational basis.
• Provide leadership in developing sales report templates.
• Closely coordinate with supply chain, marketing, and trade marketing on sales requirements for stock and programs.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial or Management Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in sales, FMCG modern and general trade, trade marketing, and sales information.
• Strong proficiency in PowerBI, Excel, PowerPoint, analyzing market trends, and P&L management.
• Strong presentation, influencing, and communication skills.
• Adept in MS Office and data software tools such as NetSuite and SAP.
• 60% travel is required.

• Experience in demand forecasting.
