Responsibilities
- Process requests from participants related to retirement plan distributions and loans with precision and timeliness.
- Follow established protocols, compliance regulations, and quality benchmarks for all transactional activities.
- Manage a large number of time-critical support tickets while ensuring high accuracy and output.
- Place outbound calls to participants to confirm details or resolve uncertainties in their requests.
- Draft clear and professional emails to collect necessary documentation from participants.
- Record all participant communications and resolution outcomes accurately in Jira and other tracking platforms.
- Work with team members to refine processes and enhance service quality for participants.
- Accept constructive feedback and actively pursue growth in expertise and performance.
