Banorte is hiring an Operational Support Analyst to provide critical telephone support for branch and administrative users. Your core mission is to address training needs, guidance, functionality gaps, new products, incidents, and regulations to support the service they offer to customers.
What You'll Do
- Develop skills that allow you to resolve each specific case.
- Analyze calls using the available system tools.
- Apply acquired knowledge to support executives.
- Establish strategies to meet defined metrics.
- Dimension the presented problem to discern if it requires an operational solution or if the case should be escalated as an incident.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or Public Accounting.
- At least 1 year of experience in Operations.
- Knowledge of Altamira, Origina CREA, Visión, and Office.
