About the Role

Village Practice Management Company, LLC is seeking an Operational Strategy Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will evaluate business lines and corporate departments through consultative partnership to improve operational efficiency. Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Operational Strategy, you will drive operational performance and business transformation across the enterprise, acting as a key advisor and catalyst for transformation.

What You'll Do

  • Drive a strategic vision for improving the enterprise operating model in areas like process and organization design, centralization/decentralization, technology enablement, vendor relationships, and performance management.
  • Support the design, development, and implementation of solutions that enhance business performance, efficiency, and Physician and Patient satisfaction.
  • Assess and validate opportunities, analyze complex business problems, and use data-driven approaches to pinpoint root causes and improvement opportunities.
  • Provide project management leadership and hands-on support for transformation activities and organizational readiness.
  • Lead organizational readiness initiatives to ensure proper execution and goal achievement.
  • Mentor the organization on best practices for managing operations and shared services functions.
  • Collaborate across corporate teams (e.g., Finance, Technology, Procurement) to influence strategy on vendor and headcount initiatives.
  • Manage and develop a high-performing team, fostering growth, collaboration and accountability.
  • Support the Enterprise Transformation team with analyzing business performance and ensuring business line operations teams meet their goals.

What We're Looking For

  • 10+ years managing complex, enterprise-wide transformational programs that deliver high impact/ROI.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Enterprise Transformation, Change Management, or Business Consulting.

Nice to Have

  • Experience across multiple industries and functions (e.g., healthcare, pharmaceuticals, finance, workforce management, technology).
