Responsibilities
- Lead a targeted set of reliability enhancement projects at all phases, from initial concept and definition to detailed implementation.
- Assist with non-routine maintenance initiatives by providing engineering input and execution support.
- Support planning and execution efforts for non-routine maintenance projects.
- Participate in commissioning and start-up tasks related to non-routine maintenance work.
- Contribute to updating and revising technical drawings as part of maintenance projects.
- Help develop maintenance strategies and plans within non-routine maintenance efforts.
- Maintain full accountability for project outcomes, including cost, timeline, scope, quality, and health, safety, and environment (HSE) standards.
- Collaborate closely with operations, maintenance, and engineering groups to align with site and program goals.
- Recognize, rank, and carry out projects aimed at improving reliability.
- Ensure all project work complies with site-specific standards, engineering governance, and required Management of Change (MoC) procedures.
