What You'll Do
You’ll lead the onboarding journey for major clients, serving as their primary point of contact during a critical phase of engagement. Your role ensures a smooth, efficient transition by managing end-to-end processes—from system integration and employee enrollment to billing configuration and training delivery.
You’ll conduct interactive workshops and provide hands-on support to HR and payroll teams, helping them confidently navigate digital tools. When challenges arise across departments, you’ll anticipate them early and coordinate solutions across Customer Success, Sales, Engineering, and Operations.
Beyond day-to-day execution, you’ll identify opportunities to refine workflows, improve tooling, and enhance onboarding methodologies—contributing directly to scalable growth.
Requirements
- Proven experience in client-facing B2B roles, such as customer success, training, or communications
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication in both French and English
- Comfort leading group sessions and delivering training, in person or remotely
- Skilled at problem-solving—able to break down complex issues and identify practical solutions
- Empathetic, patient, and naturally collaborative in high-pressure situations
- Adaptable in fast-moving environments, with a mindset oriented toward continuous learning
- Technically confident and fluent with digital platforms and SaaS tools
- Ability to build trust with stakeholders at all levels and across functions
- Familiarity with asynchronous communication and remote collaboration
