Shape the onboarding journey for key clients by becoming their trusted point of contact during a critical phase. You’ll ensure every transition is smooth, structured, and tailored—managing everything from payroll integration and employee enrollment to billing setup and system training.
What You’ll Do
- Act as the primary specialist for major clients, guiding them from contract to full activation
- Build strong relationships with HR and Payroll teams through clear, empathetic communication
- Lead interactive onboarding sessions, making complex tools easy to understand
- Anticipate roadblocks and coordinate internal teams to resolve them early
- Support administrative requests with speed and care, ensuring a positive first impression
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Engineering, and Ops to align processes
- Contribute to long-term improvements in onboarding workflows and digital tools
Who You Are
