What You'll Do
Enhance AI-generated content focused on operational excellence, process optimization, and organizational change by assessing its technical correctness, real-world applicability, and logical soundness. Your primary responsibility will be refining outputs to ensure they meet professional standards and reflect practical operational realities.
Develop detailed, realistic operational scenarios drawn from your own experience, representing diverse viewpoints such as consultants, team leaders, or process owners. Generate variations of these scenarios to improve AI training breadth and depth.
Identify shortcomings in AI-generated reasoning, including gaps in logic, overlooked compliance factors, or impractical recommendations, and provide clear, constructive feedback to strengthen content quality.
Requirements
- Proven senior-level experience in operations, process improvement, or operational excellence within the EU or UK
- Background in designing, managing, or advising on operational initiatives and workflow enhancements
- Strong ability to assess technical accuracy, procedural feasibility, and alignment with real-world business constraints
- Independent worker capable of delivering structured, critical evaluations on a consistent basis
- Availability of 8–20 hours per week with reliable, prompt responsiveness
