SKELAR is hiring an Operation Specialist / Project Manager (SMM) - TENTENS Tech

SKELAR is looking for an Operations Specialist / Project Manager (SMM) to join the TENTENS Tech portfolio. You will manage projects that shape real brand reputation with a direct impact on search results. This role involves planning and implementing initiatives across multiple brands, coordinating stakeholders, and driving process optimization for scaling.

What You'll Do

• Manage projects focused on brand reputation with direct influence on search results.
• Plan and implement projects within a multi-brand portfolio.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders and work with contractors (briefs, quality control, deadlines).
• Systematically maintain documentation, track tasks, and prioritize effectively.
• Analyze and optimize processes, implementing structural changes to support scaling.
• Operationally respond to reputational risks and crisis situations.

What We're Looking For

• 1+ year of experience in a Project / Operations Manager or related role.
• Experience in parallel management of multiple projects.
• English B2+ proficiency for working with contractors and content.
• Practical experience in building and optimizing processes.
• Strong organizational skills and coordination of cross-functional teams.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in scaling conditions.
• Analytical thinking and a problem-solving approach.
• Willingness to learn quickly and work with new tools.

Nice to Have

• A background in marketing, content, or SMM.
