About the Role

Responsibilities
- Design and implement open source software components
- Collaborate with community contributors on code improvements
- Maintain documentation for public repositories
- Respond to bug reports and feature requests
- Review pull requests and ensure code quality
- Participate in technical discussions and roadmap planning
- Write automated tests for new and existing features
- Monitor project health and performance metrics
- Engage with users through forums and issue trackers
- Improve developer experience across tooling and APIs
- Contribute to internal engineering initiatives
- Ensure compliance with open source licensing standards
- Publish regular updates and release notes
- Troubleshoot integration issues reported by users
- Support adoption of tools by external developers
- Optimize build and deployment pipelines
- Gather feedback to guide product direction
- Maintain consistency across project ecosystems
- Assist in onboarding new contributors
- Promote best practices in software development
- Coordinate with design and product teams
- Address security vulnerabilities promptly
