Mercier Consultancy is hiring for a unique role where you can work remotely from Greece while serving customers for Eneco. You'll provide excellent service, assist with products, and have the opportunity to experience Greek culture and scenery firsthand.
What You'll Do
- Engage customers through various communication channels, providing information and assistance related to Eneco's services.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Document interactions and maintain accurate records in CRM system to track customer feedback.
- Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve customer experience strategies.
- Stay updated on company products, services, and industry trends to provide informed assistance.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Dutch (or a relevant language).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and standard office software tools.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to embrace new experiences and challenges.
Nice to Have
- Experience in customer service or a related field.
- Proficiency in English or Greek.
