Join a team dedicated to reliable IT service delivery in a well-regulated environment. As an Onsite Support Engineer based in Prague, you'll play a key role in maintaining seamless technology operations for end users across multiple systems and devices.
What You’ll Do
- Respond to and resolve first and second level technical issues involving desktops, laptops, mobile devices, software applications, and connected peripherals
- Serve as the main in-person IT contact for employees, offering both desk-side and remote support
- Manage incident and service requests using ServiceNow, ensuring timely updates and clear communication
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems efficiently to minimize downtime
- Set up workstations and equipment for new hires and provide clear guidance during onboarding
- Keep detailed records of issues, actions taken, and resolutions in the ticketing system
- Contribute to internal knowledge resources to improve response consistency and team efficiency
- Support initiatives aimed at improving service quality and user experience
Technical Environment
You’ll work primarily within the ServiceNow platform to manage requests, track issues, and document solutions. Familiarity with enterprise IT support workflows and structured processes is essential.
Work Location
This is an onsite position based in Prague. You must be located in or able to commute to the city regularly, as physical presence is required to support users directly.
