Scherler 4 People & Marketing AG is looking for an Onsite Engineer IT SAP EWM to join our client in Solothurn. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring and optimizing the SAP EWM system to guarantee smooth operations and availability. You will act as a specialist for technical disruptions and work closely with various teams.
What You'll Do
- Act as a specialist and point of contact for technical disruptions and challenges in the SAP EWM environment, including problem analysis and resolution.
- Monitor and optimize SAP EWM systems and interfaces such as ERP, EWM, and the TGW material flow computer (MFC) to ensure smooth material flow.
- Support system tests and optimization measures, as well as analyze and document processes.
- Perform maintenance work on the SAP EWM infrastructure and ensure optimal system operation.
- Work closely with the warehouse control center, IT, control support, 2nd level support, and the development department.
What We're Looking For
- Completed IT education or comparable professional experience.
- Solid SAP EWM knowledge and experience in logistics processes and interface management.
- Good knowledge of ABAP, debugging, and analyzing technical problems.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills as well as an independent and structured way of working.
- Willingness to work in shifts and a customer-oriented work approach.
