KARL STORZ Endoscopy is hiring an Onsite Endoscopic Specialist

At KARL STORZ Endoscopy, our mission is to enhance global health through innovative technology. We are looking for an Onsite Endoscopic Specialist to provide hands-on support for our advanced medical devices within an assigned hospital. You will collaborate closely with Sterile Processing Departments and Operating Room teams to ensure the success of surgical procedures. This role serves as a gateway to diverse career paths within our company.

What You'll Do

• Deliver face-to-face customer support in the OR, SPD, and Biomed.
• Set up and support video towers and systems.
• Inspect, repair, troubleshoot, and replace KARL STORZ devices.
• Monitor, report, and facilitate repair and exchange transactions.
• Transport, clean/sterilize, and package instruments after use.
• Troubleshoot video and instrument issues directly in the Operating Room.
• Manage instrument and equipment repair processes.

What We're Looking For

• A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in Sterile Processing, Sales, or another Surgical Technology/Medical role.
• Excellent written and spoken English language business communication skills.
• Demonstrated success working in a collaborative, service-oriented team environment.
• Effective communication, collaboration, and time management skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.
• Proficient user of MS Office, including Excel for spreadsheets and reporting.
• Completion of a drug screening for safety-sensitive positions is required.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 25lbs.

Nice to Have

• Associate's Degree and/or CRCST certification.

Technical Stack

• MS Office, with a focus on Excel.
