Adhoq is hiring an Online Marketing Manager - Mediabuyer (Junior/Medior)

About the Role

Adhoq, a digital performance advertising agency, is seeking an Online Marketing Manager - Mediabuyer (Junior/Medior). In this role, you will manage online marketing campaigns, analyze data, and build relationships with partners. Success requires strong analytical skills, self-discipline, and a commercial mindset.

What You'll Do

  • Perform daily reporting and monitoring of campaigns to ensure performance goals and revenue objectives are met.
  • Manage an ever-growing number of campaigns.
  • Liaise with partners and sales representatives, building long-term relationships and creating custom deals.
  • Analyze data and update the team on hot opportunities and market trends.
  • Brainstorm with media managers and other colleagues to improve processes.
  • Launch new international campaigns every day.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends.
  • Manage large monthly budgets.

What We're Looking For

  • A university or bachelor's degree.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in online marketing or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly organized, disciplined, and detail-oriented.
  • A tenacious, hard-driving self-starter who will do what it takes to hit goals.
  • Ability to figure things out independently and find new solutions.
  • Flexibility to adjust your schedule based on various time zones; not having a 9 to 5 mentality.
  • Excellent English writing and communication skills.
  • Result-driven with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to multitask.

Nice to Have

  • Post-graduate studies.
  • Experience and knowledge in digital marketing and affiliate marketing.
  • Good understanding of advertising terminology: CPM, CPC, CPL, etc.
  • A proven track record of managing high-spending accounts.
  • Proficiency with Excel.
  • Google Ads and SEO knowledge; experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge of graphic design or Photoshop would be a big plus.
