Adhoq, a digital performance advertising agency, is seeking an Online Marketing Manager - Mediabuyer (Junior/Medior). In this role, you will manage online marketing campaigns, analyze data, and build relationships with partners. Success requires strong analytical skills, self-discipline, and a commercial mindset.
What You'll Do
- Perform daily reporting and monitoring of campaigns to ensure performance goals and revenue objectives are met.
- Manage an ever-growing number of campaigns.
- Liaise with partners and sales representatives, building long-term relationships and creating custom deals.
- Analyze data and update the team on hot opportunities and market trends.
- Brainstorm with media managers and other colleagues to improve processes.
- Launch new international campaigns every day.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends.
- Manage large monthly budgets.
What We're Looking For
- A university or bachelor's degree.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in online marketing or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Highly organized, disciplined, and detail-oriented.
- A tenacious, hard-driving self-starter who will do what it takes to hit goals.
- Ability to figure things out independently and find new solutions.
- Flexibility to adjust your schedule based on various time zones; not having a 9 to 5 mentality.
- Excellent English writing and communication skills.
- Result-driven with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to multitask.
Nice to Have
- Post-graduate studies.
- Experience and knowledge in digital marketing and affiliate marketing.
- Good understanding of advertising terminology: CPM, CPC, CPL, etc.
- A proven track record of managing high-spending accounts.
- Proficiency with Excel.
- Google Ads and SEO knowledge; experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of graphic design or Photoshop would be a big plus.
