CareHarmony is hiring a Moveworks AI Agent Developer to design, develop, and implement AI-driven solutions for Human Resources processes. This remote role focuses on hands-on development and integration of the Moveworks AI Assistant.
What You'll Do
- Perform hands-on development and configuration of the Moveworks AI Assistant/Chatbot.
- Partner with ServiceNow and Workday technical teams to configure integrations.
- Analyze data and update AI Assistant skills and conversational abilities.
- Configure Moveworks Paths and Conversations and enable Moveworks plugins.
- Partner with Moveworks on technical issues and new functionality.
- Help drive the product roadmap and development from concept to launch.
- Stay informed about Moveworks updates, features, and best practices.
- Document technical specifications, system configurations, and development activities.
- Provide technical support and guidance to HR stakeholders and end-users.
- Create comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications and process flows.
- Conduct unit testing and participate in system integration testing.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor's degree.
- 5+ years of technical experience.
- Experience configuring integrations and APIs.
- Experience configuring and supporting an AI Assistant comparable to Moveworks.
- Experience partnering with third-party partners to deliver technical solutions.
- Strong skills in data analysis.
- Understanding of HR processes and workflows, including employee lifecycle management, onboarding, offboarding, performance management, and employee self-service.
Nice to Have
- Experience configuring bot conversations and integrations on the Moveworks Platform.
- Ability to self-start and drive initiatives.
- Experience with ServiceNow and Workday integrations with AI Agents.
- A product owner mindset; the ability to deliver and articulate value-added enhancements.
- Knowledge of HR compliance regulations and data privacy laws.
