Join Hargreaves Lansdown Asset Management Ltd as a Helpdesk Consultant. This full-time role is your first point of contact for clients, supporting them through inbound calls and written correspondence. After in-house training, you will solve complex operational, investment-based, or pensions and retirement-based queries. This non-sales position is designed as the first step to develop a career in Wealth Management.

What You'll Do

• Help clients make the most of their money and improve financial resilience for them and their families.
• Solve client queries on HL’s investments, products and services by phone, email, or virtual chats.
• Deliver a tailored, professional, empathetic, and outstanding level of service at every interaction.
• Work collaboratively with other teams within the business and external companies.
• Support the team's risk and control activities to ensure good client outcomes and a strong risk management culture.

• Starting salary from £25,070 full-time (37.5 hours).
