Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging 1-on-1 ELA lessons that make learning fun and effective.
- Help students build confidence in reading, writing, listening and speaking.
- Use ready-made materials and detailed lesson scripts — no need to create your own content.
- Track each child’s progress and share insights with our academic team.
- Continuously improve class engagement and student experience.
Requirements
- C1+ English proficiency, with a clear, neutral accent.
- A passion for teaching young learners and making lessons engaging.
- At least 6 months of teaching experience with children.
- At least high-school level language knowledge and diploma.
- Strong knowledge of phonics, reading comprehension & writing.
- Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills.
- Availability for at least 20 hours/week (weekdays - priority).
