Unknown Company is hiring an OneStream Solution Architect

At Grant Thornton, our OneStream Practice is looking for a OneStream Solution Architect. You will perform advisory and implementation services to address business needs throughout client organizations, empowered by our greater Transformation team to help clients achieve their vision.

What You'll Do

• Assist in full life cycle implementations including planning, design, and build phases.
• Document business requirements, system design, and transformational goals.
• Configure applications and conduct iterative unit testing.
• Create training materials and quick reference guides to support user adoption.
• Conduct training classes to prepare end users for deployment.
• Provide post-production support.
• Participate in full life cycle implementations.
• Assist in identifying business requirements, functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, and defining support procedures.
• Meet or exceed targeted billing hours (utilization).

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, HR, Information Technology, MIS, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of related work experience in a similar consulting practice or function servicing cross-industry clients at a national level.
• Minimum of 4 full life cycle implementations of Infor.
• Industry recognized professional certification.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycles, key metrics, and reports.
• Experience with application integration & back-end data connectivity applications.
• Experience installing, configuring, and implementing Infor Applications.
• Knowledge of OneStream Cloud Applications.
• Proven ability delivering complex and time-sensitive projects.
• Strong leadership skills, able to conduct meetings and write technically oriented documents.
• Able to work with clients to understand current state processes and define future state processes based on business objectives.
• Can travel as needed. Expected travel is up to 40%.
• Consistent with the firm’s hybrid work model, this position will require in-person attendance at least two days per week, either at a GT office or client site.
