Role Overview
As a Solution Architect within our Professional Services team, you will lead the design and implementation of end-to-end technical solutions for enterprise and mid-market clients. You will serve as the primary technical authority, transforming business needs into robust, future-ready architectures for cloud-based space planning and design platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct discovery workshops with client stakeholders to define business goals, technical landscapes, and integration needs
- Design comprehensive solution architectures across SaaS, APIs, middleware, CRM, eCommerce, and Order Management systems
- Define data movement, system interfaces, integration approaches, and security frameworks
- Create detailed architecture documentation, including diagrams, data models, and interface specifications
- Ensure solutions are built for scalability, performance, and long-term maintainability
- Provide technical leadership across multiple concurrent projects
- Review deliverables to confirm adherence to architectural standards
- Guide configuration and integration decisions across implementation teams
- Identify technical risks early and recommend effective mitigation strategies
- Act as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers on technical and functional matters
- Present architectural designs to both technical and business audiences
- Support pre-sales efforts with technical insights and solution proposals
- Work closely with Business Analysts to convert requirements into architectural components
- Collaborate with Developers to ensure accurate realization of designs
- Contribute to testing strategies and validation of integrated systems
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years in Solution Architecture, Technical Consulting, or enterprise software implementation
- Proven expertise in cloud-native SaaS architectures
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs and web services
- Familiarity with middleware and integration frameworks
- Solid foundation in data modeling and system interoperability
- Track record of leading enterprise software rollouts
- Ability to produce clear, precise technical documentation and architectural diagrams
- Strong grasp of application and infrastructure planning principles
- Experience working within multi-system environments such as CRM, eCommerce, ERP, or OMS
- Effective time management and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Fluency in both French and English, spoken and written
- Willingness to travel occasionally to client sites
- Experience applying AI tools to enhance productivity and design quality
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in 3D design, space planning, or visualization software
- Industry experience in Kitchen, Bath, or Furniture sectors
- Knowledge of enterprise security and compliance standards
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Experience collaborating with globally distributed teams
