About the Role

Nokia is hiring a Finance Solution Architect, a highly experienced professional responsible for applying technical knowledge to translate client business requirements into customer solutions in the Finance domain, with a focus on Intercompany processes. You will lead and guide the work of Technical Solution Architects who develop and propose technical solutions.

What You'll Do

  • Create solution architecture and provide technical Solution Design with a focus on the Finance Intercompany domain area.
  • Work with technology leads, developers, and partners to design solutions based on customer requirements.
  • Capture and manage customer requirements using industry best practice.
  • Manage complex assignments independently for the specific domain, including consultancy to stakeholders.
  • Ensure cross-BU co-ordination in solution definition & development.
  • Define and manage detailed architectural requirements for solution design and build work during the delivery phase for projects.
  • Develop and deploy solution architecture capabilities, tools, and techniques, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture.
  • As a recognized expert, represent Nokia externally to suppliers and partners.
  • Present solution architecture & design to stakeholders for verification and make required adaptations.
  • Act as a permanent consultant in your respective competence area, requiring knowledge of Logistic Chain (MM and SD) module requirements linked from E2E process flow.
  • Keep alignment between enterprise architecture blueprint and solution design implementation.
  • Provide system architecture, design specifications, and solutions to support business models and other architectural or security aspects.
  • Potentially be assigned to a project or program to ensure technical/architectural integrity and consistency throughout its lifecycle.
  • Evaluate new capabilities and business requirements against platform capabilities.
  • Create and maintain E2E data architecture including version management.
  • Provide proven methods for functionality enablement.
  • Determine the approach for system- and data migration.

What We're Looking For

  • BSc or MSc in a relevant field with 7-10 years of relevant business transformation experience and subject matter expertise in: third party sales processes; intercompany sales and business processing; intercompany Stock Transfer Orders; intercompany pricing and billing; Sales Orders; and Deliveries.
  • Good knowledge and exposure to the concept of Transfer pricing and value flow.
  • Very good knowledge of business and business processes in your domain beyond the borders of SAP; more than just configuration knowledge.
  • Strong business application knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA and SAP ECC solutions.
  • Exposure to both IFRS and USGAAP and knowledge of SAP FICO and Customer/Vendor master data.
  • Capability to validate system solutions, design, and propose alternatives from process, change, and business viewpoints to best implement standard solutions.
  • Experience evaluating the change management impact of a proposed solution.
  • Ability to understand the process and solution architecture E2E across multiple technologies.

Nice to Have

  • Comfort with agile, DevOps, and waterfall methodologies.
  • Ability to guide external and internal project teams.
  • Understanding of the relationship between costs, schedule, quality, and speed in defining a solution and making trade-off recommendations.
  • Understanding of Cloud, SaaS, and Mobile concepts, architectures, and standard deployment models.
