About the Role

Daiichi Sankyo Group is seeking an Oncology Territory Manager, Breast - Orlando to represent the company and its assigned oncology products to healthcare professionals. In this role, you will be responsible for achieving sales objectives and serving as a disease state expert within a dedicated sales territory, contributing to our mission of improving standards of care through innovative pharmaceutical therapies.

What You'll Do

  • Represent assigned products to health care professionals in the Orlando sales territory.
  • Achieve or exceed sales objectives through promotion of assigned product features and benefits.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive business plans.
  • Apply knowledge of the healthcare industry, trends, laws, regulations, and market access environment.
  • Demonstrate understanding of clinical pathways in assigned accounts.
  • Analyze customer needs, territory performance, and business trends to optimize commercial potential.
  • Maintain expert understanding of relevant disease states, Daiichi Sankyo brands, and competitor products.
  • Serve as a disease state expert and provide high-level product expertise and customer service.
  • Communicate regularly with the District Manager and peers.
  • Build relationships with customer base and key opinion leaders.
  • Communicate product approved indications, features, and benefits in individual and group settings.
  • Meet administrative expectations including budgets, reporting, and communication.
  • Maintain a current key customer target list and customer database.
  • Utilize sales force automation system and equipment to enhance sales calls and territory management.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 4 or more years of sales/marketing experience in the pharmaceutical or medical industry

Nice to Have

  • 4 or more years of oncology therapeutic experience
  • 1 or more years additional therapeutic experience in diverse roles such as training, marketing, or market access
  • Oncology product launch experience
  • Copromotion experience
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills

Technical Stack

  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

Team & Environment

You will report directly to a District Manager and collaborate with peers in the commercial team.

Benefits & Compensation

  • Compensation: $139,440.00 - $209,160.00

This is a local-city position based in Orlando.
