Agilent Technologies is hiring a Regulatory Affairs Expert for its Diagnostic Regulatory Affairs team. In this role, you will act independently, applying advanced approaches and concepts to solve complex, high-impact regulatory matters.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement programs to ensure company products are safe, legal, and meet compliance with national, regional, and global regulations.
- Prepare document packages for regulatory submissions for new and mature products to align with local and regional requirements.
- Compile materials for submissions, license renewals, and annual registrations, maintaining updated knowledge of regulatory requirements.
- Proactively manage the changing regulatory environment to prevent trade barriers, eliminate duplication, and identify areas of risk.
- Review product labeling and marketing materials for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Respond to customer and authority inquiries regarding regulations and product compliance.
- Represent the company in external standards and regulatory bodies at various levels.
- Lead regulatory projects requiring coordination with other functions and third parties.
- Solve a broad range of problems of varying scope and complexity.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent.
- 8+ years of relevant experience for entry to this level.
- Proven experience in a similar Regulatory Affairs role.
- In-depth knowledge and experience to work independently on complex regulatory matters.
