Sentara Health is looking for an Advanced Practice Clinician (APC) to join our Ambulatory Remote Patient Monitoring (RPMAPP) team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality health care services to individuals, families, and groups under the auspices of the Sentara Medical Group.
What You'll Do
- Provide health care services to individuals, families, and/or groups.
- Participate in quality assurance and improvement activities.
- Engage in team member activities.
- Use resources appropriately.
- Acquire special clinical competencies as required by the group.
- Participate in quality assurance and utilization management activities.
- Assist with risk management functions.
What We're Looking For
- Master's Level Degree- Nurse Practitioner
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) Certification
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification from American Heart Association (AHA) RQI
- Registered Nurse License (RN) - Compact/Multi-State License
- Authorization to Prescribe License
- Physician Assistant License (PA) - State License
Nice to Have
- Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant experience
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
- 1 year of related experience
