About the Role
The Cority Application Analyst ensures the effective use of Cority software in occupational health settings by providing technical support, system configuration, and data integrity management.
Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain Cority application settings to meet health program requirements
- Troubleshoot system issues and implement timely resolutions
- Support data entry accuracy and consistency across health records
- Collaborate with health professionals to understand reporting needs
- Ensure compliance with health data privacy and security standards
- Perform regular system audits and data validation checks
- Assist in onboarding new users to the Cority platform
- Develop and maintain system documentation and user guides
- Provide training and support to end users
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements
- Work with IT teams to coordinate software updates and patches
- Integrate Cority with other health information systems when needed
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Cority platform enhancements
- Support regulatory reporting requirements using system data
- Assist in testing new features and functionality
- Respond to user inquiries related to system functionality
- Ensure role-based access controls are properly configured
- Track and resolve system-related tickets in a timely manner
- Participate in project planning for system expansions
- Maintain data backups and recovery procedures
- Support incident investigations using occupational health data
- Collaborate on workflow optimization within the application
- Verify data mapping accuracy during system integrations
- Assist with user permission reviews and access audits
- Contribute to continuous improvement of health data processes
