NeoGenomics is hiring an Oncology Sales Specialist - Dallas

About the Role

This position is responsible for driving sales growth by introducing advanced cancer testing solutions to oncologists, pathologists, and other key decision-makers in clinical and laboratory settings across North Texas.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage oncology practices, hospitals, and reference labs to introduce diagnostic offerings
  • Educate medical professionals on the clinical utility and technical aspects of testing platforms
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools and strategic follow-up
  • Conduct in-person and virtual presentations to physicians and laboratory directors
  • Collaborate with medical science liaisons to support complex scientific discussions
  • Monitor regional market trends and competitive activity to adjust outreach strategies
  • Meet or exceed quarterly sales targets for assigned territory
  • Coordinate with marketing to tailor local promotional efforts
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and corporate policies during field activities
  • Submit accurate sales forecasts and activity reports on a regular basis
  • Develop relationships with key opinion leaders in the oncology community
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding test ordering, results, and logistics
  • Facilitate smooth onboarding for new client accounts
  • Participate in regional and national sales meetings and training sessions
  • Represent the organization at medical conferences and professional events

Compensation
