About the Role
This position is responsible for driving sales growth by introducing advanced cancer testing solutions to oncologists, pathologists, and other key decision-makers in clinical and laboratory settings across North Texas.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage oncology practices, hospitals, and reference labs to introduce diagnostic offerings
- Educate medical professionals on the clinical utility and technical aspects of testing platforms
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools and strategic follow-up
- Conduct in-person and virtual presentations to physicians and laboratory directors
- Collaborate with medical science liaisons to support complex scientific discussions
- Monitor regional market trends and competitive activity to adjust outreach strategies
- Meet or exceed quarterly sales targets for assigned territory
- Coordinate with marketing to tailor local promotional efforts
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and corporate policies during field activities
- Submit accurate sales forecasts and activity reports on a regular basis
- Develop relationships with key opinion leaders in the oncology community
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding test ordering, results, and logistics
- Facilitate smooth onboarding for new client accounts
- Participate in regional and national sales meetings and training sessions
- Represent the organization at medical conferences and professional events
Compensation
Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission structure
