Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic account planning for targeted hospital networks, mapping patient journeys and identifying key decision-makers to strengthen relationships and increase product uptake
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of oncology and dermatology treatment centers within the territory, including stakeholder mapping and patient movement patterns
  • Apply understanding of healthcare trends, market dynamics, and access factors in oncology and dermatology, including payer policies and economic considerations
  • Assist with initiatives related to market access as needed
  • Evaluate product performance within accounts and adjust strategies accordingly to optimize outcomes
  • Educate and engage referral networks to help identify suitable candidates for treatment and support ongoing patient management
  • Map how patients move between healthcare institutions and influence pathways
  • Train referral and co-management networks on current standards of care and best practices in disease management
  • Use insights on patient flow between hospitals and community clinics to shape business strategies and sales activities
  • Identify and monitor potential patients for follow-up in coordination with healthcare professionals
  • Support sustained use of Poteligeo by enabling multidisciplinary care teams to deliver coordinated patient support
  • Facilitate appropriate transitions to Poteligeo therapy when clinically indicated
  • Stay informed about existing and emerging clinical pathways within healthcare institutions
  • Work across departments to create and execute plans that support formulary inclusion and protocol adoption to increase product utilization
  • Deliver formal and informal presentations with clear, compliant communication of complex scientific data
  • Ensure access to company products by collaborating with key opinion leaders, providers, pharmacy teams, and P&T committees as appropriate
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of oncology and rare disease treatment standards and clinical developments, and communicate approved product information accurately
  • Direct all requests for off-label information to the medical department using the official MIR process in compliance with regulations
  • Follow all applicable regulatory, legal, and company compliance policies in all activities

Compensation

Annual base salary range of $150,000 – $175,000, with potential for sales incentives; actual compensation may vary based on experience, education, training, and performance. Eligible for a company car through the FLEET program.
